Italy manager Giovanni Trapattoni is believed
to be in talks with English North London Club Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs Chairman David Levy, who sacked former England coach Glenn
Hoddle in September is apparently keen to bring one of Italy's
all time successful managers to London in hope of changing round
the clubs success.
Trapattoni's advisors have already confirmed that the former Juventus,
AC Milan, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich coach has been at White
Hart Lane for talks and speculation is suggesting the 64 year
old is willing to sign a pre-contract agreement with the North
London outfit which would see him take charge after Euro 2004
where he will be leading his home country Italy.
